The hamburger delivery app will allow users to customize their sandwiches, in addition to allowing the user to track, analyze nutritional values and evaluate their order that will affect how customers interact with each other and with the brand when they are able to customize your orders.

Effectiveness measured by looking at how many users interact and assemble their sandwiches

Understand and solve the problems people face when shopping for snacks.

To offer consumers a complete app, with order tracking, feedback from other customers and a clear and intuitive design.

Interviews were carried out with 6 users to understand their needs when placing orders in snack apps, especially hamburgers. With this in mind, the empathy map was created so that it was possible to understand their real needs and that it was possible to start the design process seeking to solve their frustrations.

PROBLEMATIC ASPECTS

TIME: Lack of time to prepare food daily.

SKILL: Lack of cooking skill makes it necessary to order food daily.

ACCESSIBILITY: Difficulty being able to see feedback from other consumers and lack of ability to track the order
